Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to help build our German bridgehead and assist European brands in succeeding in the epicenter of growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in international project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic business development. You will play a pivotal role in connecting our team in Germany with our operations in Jakarta, contributing to the creative production of strategic communication materials, content production, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international projects and manage stakeholders in an agency setting.
- Conduct client research and support consulting and developing high-performance marketing and e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
- Support strategic business development through outreach and acquisition.
- Collaborate with teams across different cultures and levels to achieve project goals.
- Produce content and manage accounts for corporate and social media channels.
- Assist in the creative production of strategic communication materials.
Qualifications:
- Background in Marketing or Business.
- E-Commerce experience is a plus.
- Excellent English and German communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented and able to work independently.
- Interest in learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of data analytics and its application in strategy and campaign development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with people from diverse cultures.
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
